The Beginnings

Dada Bread didn’t begin as a pandemic project. It started on a trip to Seattle in 2024, when my brother-in-law walked me through his sourdough routine. One loaf turned into a fascination, then an obsession, then—after about 400 pounds of flour—this little bakery. Dada Bread is the result of curiosity, practice, and a whole lot of carbs.

Crafted with Care

To us, crafted with care means more than technique—it means giving dough the time it needs to rise, rest, and become its fullest self. Long-fermentation allows the flavor to deepen naturally, creating bread with character and warmth. It’s a slow craft in a fast world, and it’s the foundation of every loaf we make.
