Seeded Sourdough Loaf

Our Seeded Country Loaf builds on the same naturally leavened base as our classic sourdough, then layers in a hearty blend of organic seeds for extra texture, flavor, and nutrition. Each loaf is slow-fermented with our house starter and baked to a deep golden crust that’s nutty, aromatic, and satisfyingly crisp.

Inside, you’ll find a soft, open crumb speckled with toasted sesame, sunflower, and flax seeds — the perfect balance of rustic and refined.

Ingredients: Bread flour, whole wheat flour, seed mix (sesame, sunflower, flax), water, natural starter (flour + water), sea salt.
Allergens: Contains wheat and sesame.
Size: Approx. 900g loaf.
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored at room temperature for 5 days or sliced and frozen for longer keeping.
