Handmade with care using just flour, water, and salt, our Country Sourdough Loaf is the heart of Dada Bread Co. Each loaf is naturally leavened with our house starter and slow-fermented for over 24 hours to develop deep flavor and a perfect balance of crust and crumb.

Expect a beautifully caramelized crust, an airy, chewy interior, and that subtle tang that defines true sourdough.

Ingredients: Bread flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, water, starter (rye flour, bread flour + water), sea salt.
Allergens: Contains wheat.
Size: Approx. 900g loaf.
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored at room temperature for 5 days or sliced and frozen for longer keeping.
